Jazzcap is a private Venture Capital (VC) company founded in 2018. The company is based in and operates from Stockholm, Sweden, rated as one of the best cities in the world for startups according to PwC’s Global Startup Survey.
We are focused on providing early stage funding to startups and emerging companies. Our founders are deeply experienced with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models and the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector. While we favor these two fields, we are very much open to any company with an attractive global growth potential and a robust pricing model.
Our investment horizon is long and flexible (up to 10 years), providing the expected return warrants a long holding period. More often, our holding periods are ~5 years.
We typically invest up to SEK 3 million in the first round of funding, but the amount varies across investments.
Jazzcap does not require a seat on the board, but is open to taking such a position if it is mutually beneficial for the founders of the company and the management of Jazzcap.
